Guide prices
Website prices are guides. The final price may vary depending on breed, size, coat condition, behaviour, time required and grooming requirements. Any applicable price will be discussed with you.
Dog information
Owners should provide accurate information relevant to safe routine grooming, including the dog’s age, size, temperament and grooming history. Katie may decide that a requested appointment is not suitable.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact Katie as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any specific cancellation arrangements will be explained when your booking is confirmed.

Customer dog photographs will only be used publicly with appropriate permission.
